Good location and value. Service minded staff. Clean room with nice balcony. Recommend to eat breakfast early otherwise somethings are not refilled and there is less food after
The best part of the hotel was the staff at reception. They were super helpful, and very responsive when emailed. No request was too much, they were proactive and super friendly! Made us feel very welcome and at ease. The location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to the Roma Termani train station and bus stops to take you to the main sites. There is no coffee making facilities or fridge in your room but there is a mini market round the corner. Bed and bathroom were clean and air conditioning worked fine. Great value for money and will be back mostly because reception staff were great (thank you Camilla and Paulo)
Repeat visit. Love this place. Love that there is a hidden bathroom on ground level so you can get away from roommates. The breakfast is great, but I think you need to reserve it at the same time as you make the room reservation to get the best rate.
The room has good a/c, comfortable beds. Great staff. Remember, these buildings were not built as hotels. So the floor plans and configuration could be different than your usual boring chain.
We stayed here for a week and it was a week too long, it would be ideal for a stop off overnight but far too small a room and bathroom for a comfortable weeks stay. The room had nice big windows but they weren't good at keeping the noise out. The bathroom was unbelievably small and the shower even more so, someone of a large stature would not be able to get in there at all! The most disappointing breakfast of our trip with not much choice at all and even at extra charge for eggs or fresh orange juice! It is in an ideal location just along from the train station and staff were helpful enough but not good for an extended stay.
Perfect location for exploring Rome centre. Hotel was simple, clean, staff was pleasant.
Breakfast could be better. But for the price well recommended
We took a 3 week vacation to Europe, and this hotel was our last stop. We stayed for 3 nights too long. The location is not far from the train station, which is great if you are needing to use the train, but other than that there were homeless hanging out a few doors down, and the train station only being a couple blocks away it was full of seedy, sketchy people. The room was very small for 3 people, we played musical suitcases everytime you needed to move around the room. There was no mini fridge, no coffeemaker. The drinking glasses were dirty. There is no shower head in the shower, just a wand that you need to juggle while showering, and the towels smelled like vinegar. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet properly, and was so discolored. The breakfast was pathetic, warm yogurt, not very fresh pastries, cold cut up cheap hot dogs, celery sticks, and tomatoes to name a few things. The drinking glasses smelled like vomit, the coffee mugs were dirty, coffee rings in the coffee mugs. It was sooo depressing, with dim lighting, and no windows, while you ate your cold cheap hot dogs! The only positive, was the front desk was very nice. All in all it was a sad way to end our trip, and one of the worst places we've ever stayed.
The reviews were generally poor and it ended up being a lovely hotel! Clean, quaint, and had everything we needed. Staff was also quite lovely.
Very hard beds, great difficulty sleeping. Shower leaked so it had to be a quick one. Otherwise great location, friendly staff and good working air-con.
